How to add infills to your frames?
You can add infills to your booth using the plan2print mode.
General flow:
- Create the structure of your booth in the structure mode
- Save your project
- Switch to the plan2print mode (You’ll find this button in the bottom center of the screen)
In the plan2print mode, beCAD® will automatically assign temporary infills to your project.
Now, simply select one or multiple infills and select what type of infill you want to add:
- SEG textile group (e.g. for lightboxes)
- Panel group
Once a group is created, you can apply a color or upload an image (lower resolution mock-up)
Supported image formats:
- PNG
- JPG / JPEG
Limitations for the images:
To ensure beCAD® keeps running smoothly we have set some limitations to the images that can be imported. So in beCAD® you won’t import the print ready file, but rather lower resolution file used as mockup purpose.
- File size: max. 1mb
- Image dimensions : max. 1024x1024 px
How to rotate an imported image:
If your imported imaged is placed up side down, you can easily rotate it by hovering over the group you’ve just created and you’ll find an arrow to rotate your image.

Extra image options:
- Replace the image by clicking Modify image
- Delete image by clicking Delete image
- Adjust the image using the Fit/stretch option to adjust the image to the infill ratio

- Press Esc, or
- Click once on the group name to return to selection mode
Modify a group:
- Rename a group by double-clicking the group name
- Delete a group by hovering over it and clicking the trash icon
- To add an infill to an existing group, you must delete the group and create a new one
