How to delete a user from your beCAD® account?

When a person leaves the company, it is best practice to revoke their beCAD® access. Only administrators can perform this action.

• Go to mybematrix – company info – manage users
• If the user that should be deleted has an Admin role, remove this role first
• Click the trash can icon next to the user profile to delete the user completely
