My plan2print files are not generating, what should I do?
When generating a 2D export infill plan, the file may sometimes remain stuck on loading and the export is not generated.
This can happen when one or more of the plan2print names contain special characters, such as Ä, ë, ß, &, -, ...
In the meantime, you can still continue working and export your infill files by following these steps:
- Rename your plan2print group names so that they do not contain any special characters
- Save your project
- Click on the gear icon and select Create new version
- Create the new version
- Switch to plan2print mode
- Confirm that the group names no longer contain any special characters.
- Export the infill files
