What documents does plan2print generate?
After you have clicked the Export 2D infill plan button, beCAD® will generate 3 types of documents:
-
PDF:
Contains an overview of your design. Two versions are automatically generated: one with images and one without images. If you see hatched areas, this means that certain parts will not be visible in the actual booth due to overlapping frames. This helps you take these hidden areas into account while creating the artwork
- DWG
Each group created in plan2print will receive a separate DWG file. These files can be used to further prepare artwork in programs such as Adobe Illustrator. They contain the same information as the plan2print export without images. - XML
Contains a parts list with an overview of all infills used in your stand. This file can be opened by dragging it into Excel.
It provides an overview of the groups created in plan2print and indicates the required dimensions of your infills, the total square meters of panel/textile needed, and the required amount of Velcro and textile. If textile is used in a curved arch, beCAD® will also automatically display the recommended dimensions for the backing panel.
