Why am I getting error 500 when trying to access my beCAD® account?

If you receive a 500 error page when attempting to access beCAD® from your mybematrix account, it most likely means that you do not yet have the required access permissions.

To request access, please complete the beCAD® access request form. Our team will review your request and grant access if you meet the necessary requirements.
