Why is the duration of the event integrated into the calculation?
This figure can be entered at the start of the calculator. Note that it is not yet included in the total footprint calculation.
Events can run from a single evening to an entire month. The total footprint result is currently the same regardless of duration. A daily footprint breakdown is not yet available; when introduced, it will allow long-term temporary structures to be evaluated with a more precise, duration-aware approach.
