Management system

A management system is a structured set of policies, processes and responsibilities that helps an organisation set objectives and achieve them. It provides a framework for managing activities, monitoring performance and continually improving how the organisation works.

ISO management system standards provide internationally recognised requirements for specific areas, such as ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 20121 for event sustainability management.
