What should I check before returning my rental order?
Before shipping your rental material back to bematrix, please make sure the following points are checked carefully. This helps us process your return quickly and avoids unnecessary damage or extra costs.
Did I use the correct pallets?
All rental material must be returned on the original bematrix pallets.
Using the correct pallets ensures safe transport and prevents damage during handling.
If you’re unsure whether you still have the correct pallets, please contact bematrix support before shipping.
Are the frames clean and undamaged?
Before return, check that:

The frames are clean

There is no dirt, debris or residue

There are no extra holes, modifications or damage
Returned material should be in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear from correct use.
Are the frames properly fixed with bematrix straps?
All frames must be secured with the official bematrix straps before transport.
Loose frames can shift during transport and cause damage to themselves or other components.
Always check that the straps are tight and correctly positioned.
Are the frames protected with greenies?
Each frame stack must be protected with greenies.
Greenies protect the corners and edges of the frames during transport and stacking.
Missing greenies can result in transport damage and additional charges.
