Always inform us via finance@beMatrix.com of the reason why the invoice is still unpaid.

In case you would like a copy of the invoice or with any questions, feedback or complaints regarding an outstanding invoice, please contact us via finance@beMatrix.com. 

Should our reminder and your payment happen to have overlapped in time, you can of course ignore our reminder.
