Our plugin in completely free and gives you access to a synchronized beCAD library in the cloud. This library is constantly updated with our latest items as well as preset assemblies containing different parts already in the correct position.
Using our plugin will also enable you to calculate connectors automatically just like on the beCAD Online tool.
Next to the automated placement of connectors there is also a wide range of automated functions that will assist you to generate designs more efficiently, correctly and quickly.
To install the plugin, do the following steps:
- Startup Inventor for a first time and press CTRL + F11 to trigger the installer for the VBA Plugin needed to install the beCAD Inventor plugin.
- Execute the .exe file that you received from beMatrix by mail.
- After the installation, check if the following folders have been created at C:\Users\[Username]\beMatrix
- Startup Inventor and you should receive a pop-up. Unblock the following 2 Add-In’s
- beMatrix File Manager
- Inventor Automation
